#GRIDLIFE ANNOUNCES 2016 Music & Motorsports Festival and TrackBattle HPDE / Time Attack Schedule.
Includes first ever event at Road Atlanta in Braselton, GA
Chicago, IL After an incredibly successful 2015 season, #GRIDLIFE is bringing its one of a kind music and motorsports festival format to the legendary Road Atlanta track.
#GRIDLIFE Midwest will take place June 10-12 at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, MI. In addition, this year marks the launch of #GRIDLIFE South at Road Atlanta in Braselton, GA on August 26-28.
As North America’s first music and motorsports festival, the #GRIDLIFE Music and Motorsports Festival brings high energy and high-octane excitement. #GRIDLIFE features a unique blend of car / motorsports culture and a stacked contemporary music lineup all weekend long at both the Midwest & South events.
Daytime activities include the #GRIDLIFE Showcase, a unique blend between car show and car meet which features community judging and a multitude of traditional and unique categories for all vehicles. #GRIDLIFE Drift brings some of the top drivers and teams in the country for an exhibition on the big track and the TrackBattle Time Attack puts drivers in a head to head battle for the day's fastest lap times. Our HPDE program featuring professional instruction is one of the best beginner track experiences around. #GRIDLIFE’s multidimensional event aims to bring fresh energy and crowds to both the automotive and music festival cultures.
Once the daytime activities wind down, #AFTERGRID kicks into high gear with performances from some of the best emerging and established artists in the industry. #GRIDLIFE brings together fans of automotive and festival subcultures, creating an unparalleled around-the-clock event.
In addition to the flagship events of #GRIDLIFE Midwest and #GRIDLIFE South, our 2016 season will include 3 of our satellite TrackBattle HPDE & Time Attack events at various tracks throughout the Midwest. TrackBattle events feature all the intense track action #GRIDLIFE is known for, along with a smaller version of our festival activities in both single and two day formats.
