IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in the EVENT(S) or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for themself, theirs personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin:

1. Acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he has or will immediately upon entering any of such RESTRICTED AREAS, and will continuously thereafter,inspect the RESTRICTED AREAS which he enters, and he further agrees and warrants that, if at any time, he is in or about RESTRICTED AREAS and he feels anything to be unsafe, he will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the RESTRICTED AREAS and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT(S).

2. HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, racing associations, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, track operators, track owners, officials, competition vehicle owners, drivers, pit crews, rescue personnel, any persons in any RESTRICTED AREA, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and leasees of premises used to conduct the EVENTS(S), premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releasees,” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, theirs personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

3. HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the UNDERSIGNED’S INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. 

4. HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the EVENT(S) whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.

5. HEREBY acknowledges that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of THE UNDERSIGNED, also expressly acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASES.

6. HEREBY agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS and intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State or Province in which the Event(s) is/are conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS  RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT BY PURCHASING OR RECEIVING A TICKET , I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND HAVE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY AGREEING TO THE TERMS VIA PURCHASE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS.

This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event and is purchased, held, and used subject to all applicable rules and policies of GRIDLIFE LLC ("GRIDLIFE"), event organizers, event promoters, sanctioning bodies, and their affiliated companies as well as all orders of federal, state, and local governmental entities. If such a rule, policy, or order is violated, or if the ticket holder’s conduct otherwise endangers or disrupts any portion of the event or others attending the event, GRIDLIFE may prevent entry or remove the ticket holder from the facility and/or revoke all related ticket rights. PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT IS AT TICKET HOLDER’S OWN RISK AND COMES WITH RESPONSIBILITIES. By use of this ticket and/or other event admission material, ticket holder agrees to each and all of the following terms. Ticket holder expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual conduct of the event. TICKET HOLDER HEREBY RELEASES GRIDLIFE, event organizers, event participants, event promoters, sanctioning bodies, affiliated companies, event facilities and its/their officers, directors, members, owners, successors, assigns, agents, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence of released parties.

GRIDLIFE or its designees own all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, and the Internet) all images, sounds, and data arising from or during the event, and GRIDLIFE or its designees shall be the sole owner of any and all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works and in any other works, copyrightable or otherwise, created from the images, sounds, and data arising from or during any event. The ticket holder agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would contravene, diminish, encroach, or infringe upon these rights. Ticket holder hereby grants GRIDLIFE and its designees the right to use ticket holder’s image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, including without limitation ticket holder’s right of publicity. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce, or recreate the event are reserved by GRIDLIFE or its designees. Ticket holder agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe on the rights of GRIDLIFE or its designees.

Ticket holder is not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket, and/or other event admission material or to payment for any damages of any kind for any reason from GRIDLIFE, event organizers, event participants, event promoters, sanctioning bodies, and/or affiliated companies including, without limitation, cancellation, shortening, or other alterations of the event. No refunds or exchanges. Resale above face value is prohibited. Event dates, times, and participants are subject to change. This ticket does not entitle the ticket holder to stay overnight at the facility.

All event dates are subject to change at any time. If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event. Ticket holder agrees that GRIDLIFE is not responsible for changes in date or time of the event and agrees that refunds will not be issued due to event date or times being changed unless otherwise communicated by GRIDLIFE.

Ticket holder assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waives all claims and potential claims against GRIDLIFE, event organizers, sanctioning bodies, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.
