RUSH SPEC RACING
GRIDLIFE Rush SR is a wheel-to-wheel sprint racing series that utilizes the Rush SR from Rush Auto Works. This lightweight and high performance sports racer is designed to be a driver’s car from the ground up. The cars start at just over $39,000 and are raced as-is in a tightly controlled Spec form in this new national championship. The 10 round championship will be contested at five GRIDLIFE events in 2024.
TYPICAL EVENT FORMAT
Four sprint races
A typical event includes two practice sessions on Friday followed by qualifying, a half points Heat Race and a Final for the day. Saturday brings a reset with a completely new round.
Saturday will include a warmup session, its own qualifying followed by a half points Heat Race and a second Final. Each day will have its own Podium Celebration once the Final is over on Saturday, as typical at GridLife events the party is just getting started!
That’s four races over the course of the weekend, races range from 20 to 25 minutes.

Is an affordable, high-performance sports racer that offers near GT4 performance at a fraction of the cost. The RUSH SR features a high-revving engine, a sequential transmission with no-lift and auto blip paddle-shifting, an adjustable LSD, independent suspension with adjustable shocks and an adrenalin inducing top speed of up to 152 MPH. The affordability extends to its operating cost, at close to $100 per hour, it is one of the cheapest cars to track. Simply nothing comes close to the performance and fun factor per dollar.

Driver Eligibility
Competition licenses accepted from GRIDLIFE, SCCA, NASA, SVRA, or any FIA ASN international affiliate
All drivers must be an approved GRIDLIFE driver. Approval requires a driver to have held a recognized provisional or full competition license in the past 5 years OR have substantial wheel-to-wheel racing experience.
Drivers who do not hold a valid license or have not in the past 5 years should register and submit a full driving resume no later than 21 days before the event to motorsports@grid.life. These drivers will be required to participate in GRIDLIFE’s Competition licensing program during their event weekend.
