Carolina Motorsports Park is the first stop on GRIDLIFE’s Festival Tour, April 12-14, 2024! GRIDLIFE South Carolina is a full weekend of motorsports action, featuring the NOS Energy TrackBattle Championship, GRIDLIFE Touring Cup, Full Course Drift, and more! The GRIDLIFE Concours also returns with an invite-only collection of racing and tuner cars.

Off track, experience the GRIDLIFE Arcade with racing simulators, arcade games, and a bar with music and karaoke. Saturday night features live musical performances, still to be announced. On Sunday, drive your car on track with the GRIDLIFE Pace Laps experience, or drive at speed in the High Performance Driving Education (HPDE) program.

-GRIDLIFE Competition groups will run on the full course at Carolina Motorsports Park. Drift will be on the full course.

Premier show cars in the heart of the paddock. The GRIDLIFE Concours is our premium car show experience. Concourse vehicles are by application only and receive free entry for the weekend.

The Largest Time Attack competition in North America. The first round of the NOS Energy TrackBattle Championship brings some of the fiercest competitors from around the country to do battle on the turns of CMP.

Get on track in your own vehicle in a non-competitive environment. HPDE will be Sunday-only for Carolina Motorsports Park.

Get on track in the right seat during our Grip/Drift sessions and experience speed with experienced drivers showing the way.

ESPORTS ARCADE

Head to head virtual racing, vintage arcade games and epic Mario Kart battles all weekend long in the GRIDLIFE Arcade.

Single-class sprint racing at its best - a full field of diverse Touring Cars racing four times over the course of the weekend.

  • GRIDLIFE South Carolina is located at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, South Carolina.

  • Carolina Motorsports Park has one main entrance that will be used by everyone attending the event.

    EVERYONE ATTENDING, will need to exchange their ticket for a wristband at the Box Office BEFORE heading into the track.

    IF YOU ARE COMING FOR THE DAY, there is a day parking lot that you will park in and then you can head to the Box Office to receive your wristbands before entering the track.

  • The South Carolina Schedule is coming soon.

    Friday/Saturday will feature Time Attack, GLTC, Drift and Taxi Sessions. With Time Attack Last Dash, Drift and HPDE sessions taking place on Sunday.

  • Yes, everyone attending the event needs a general admission ticket (drivers, this is included with your driver ticket).

    General admission tickets do not include camping. Camping is sold separately for those who wish to camp at the event.

  • CAMPING

    • Camping is per vehicle (not per person) and will be filled in on a first-come, first-serve basis

    • The track has bathrooms and limited showers available

    • Competition driver tickets include paddock camping.

    • HPDE Sunday drivers will need to purchase camping for the weekend (HPDE Sunday does include event entry for the weekend, but not camping)

    Camping does not include general admission access to the event. Everyone attending will need a general admission ticket.

    RV POWER

    • RV POWER CAN BE PURCHASED HERE.

    • There are three types of power options available:

      • 30 AMP (power only)

      • Silver Lot: 50AMP/30AMP + water hookups

      • Gold Lot: 50AMP/30AMP + water + sewage hookups

    GARAGES

    • Driver garages are available through the Driver Dashboard on TorkHub under “Purchase”.

  • General Admission tickets go on sale Friday, January 26 at 12:00 PM ET and will be open to all! Kids 12 and under receive free admission.

    (If you have a driver ticket to South Carolina, this includes GA access to the event.)

  • Yes, GRIDLIFE events are all ages. We recommend anyone under 18 who is camping is accompanied by a guardian.

    Kids 12 and under are free!

  • ALLOWED ITEMS:

    Water / Water Bottles / Cooler / Camping Chair / Rain Gear / Extra Shoes / Bug Spray / Chairs / Blanket / Sunscreen / Hat / Umbrella / Pop Up Tent / Flag or Balloon for your campsite / Camera / Ear Plugs / Trash Bags / Tents, Camping Gear / Snacks / Good Attitude / etc.

    Campfires are only allowed in fire pits which contain and lift the fire off the ground

  • GRIDLIFE South Carolina is a rain or shine event, on-track as well as off-track activities will take place regardless of weather. Be prepared and check the weather before arriving! No refunds will be granted due to weather.

  • The CMP Concessions stands will be open along with additional food vendors.

  • Driver gates will open Thursday at the time listed on the schedule. Please see above schedule for full gates schedule.

    Carolina Motorsports Park has one entrance so all drivers will enter through the track the same way. We highly recommend arriving Thursday night to alleviate arriving during spectator traffic on Friday!

  • Competition driver tickets for all festival events include general admission access to the event and camping for the driver.

    If you have an HPDE Sunday ticket, this also includes general admission to the event (you do NOT need to purchase a general admission ticket). It does not include camping.

    This is just for the driver. Crew, family and awkward uncles all need separate tickets (crew passes will be part of your driver portal which is being built out. We’ll make announcements when these features are available).

  • DAY GARAGE RENTALS

    Garage bays are available through Driver Dashboard on TorkHub to rent for the weekend. For multi-day events, garage bays must be rented for the entire duration of the event (from when gates open until when gates close). This helps us simplify the reservation process and ensure correct bookings.

    TRANSPONDERS

    All Drivers without their own Transponder will need to rent one from GRIDLIFE. Transponder rental is $35 for the weekend and can be rented at registration.

    TECH / REGISTRATION

    Check the schedule (above) for the tech and registration times.

    Tech and registration will be operating out of a garage. Look for the GRIDLIFE banners and flags!

    DRIVER MEETINGS

    We have mandatory driver's meetings throughout the weekend as well as specific meetings by class so make sure you are checking the schedule and know where you need to be and when!

    Pay attention for PA and SMS announcements and check the schedule beforehand and throughout the weekend as times can change!
